OUR STORY

We are an NDIS provider in the heart of the Clarence Valley region, New South Wales.

 

Our family-owned business was created to support our participants and their families with everyday activities, as well as the ability to assist them in social and community outings. Our team strives to encourage participant's to participate in the things they enjoy and to have a purposeful and wholesome life, without missing out on anything they're interested in. We endeavour to make dreams come true and we aim to assist participant's to achieve their goals.

Our compassionate and caring team offer support for people living with disabilities. Our staff ensure they keep their support participant-centred, thoughtful, sensitive and genuine. They're also great listeners, and understand all needs are different for each individual.

We at Rob Cares and Supports . We always "match" our participants to our employees to encourage their similar interests and to ensure maximum enjoyment for all the time spent together. We know that trust is an invaluable asset, and we strive to build strong relationships within our team and our community. Our team is honest, hard-working, passionate and gratified to be able to work in the disability support sector, as it's so empowering.
