Directors and Admin Team

About our Directors...
Rob began the company to make a positive difference in the Clarence Valley NDIS space. With years of assistance helping people with money management/financials, and working in the NDIS industry, he took a chance with the support of his wife Sonja. Previous to this Rob has beem a dance teacher, a sporting coach and involved in our grater community. Sonja has over 20 years experience in the industry in a myriad of roles, and has assisted to grow the business over the years. Sonja was the brain power behind our successful NDIS registration. Sonja is also a qualified Social Worker, and previous to her NDIS work she was a school teacher for many, many years. Their daughter, Caitlin, joined the team 5 months after it began. Within 6 months of joining, she had taken on some of the administration role, and has since continued to grow. She now has a wealth of knowledge of the NDIS and alongside Sonja and Rob, lead the team, as well as absorbed the role of Human Resources to support their staff. Caitlin is also a dance teacher, was the 2018 Jacaranda Princess, a mother of 4, and is involved in the local community. Rob, Sonja and Caitlin pride themselves on the high standard of work RCAS produces and are grateful their company is entrusted to support our wonderful participants. We look forward to continuing to grow, and continuing to give back to our community.
